Shift: 2nd Shift
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Assembly workers for a manufacturing facility in Cusseta, Alabama. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and production standards.
Job Duties
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect completed parts for defects and quality issues
- Load and unload parts from production stations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain production speed and meet daily production goals
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Report damaged parts, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
- Work as part of a team to keep the production line running efficiently
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be available to work 2nd shift and overtime as required
