Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, marking, assembling, and packing required materials for customer orders into appropriate containment, ensuring high accuracy and timely fulfillment.

What You'll Do as a Material Handler:
- Identify, pull, pack, and verify customer orders using packing lists, bills of lading, and manufacturing orders.
- Assemble wooden or cardboard shipping containers using hand/power tools according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect products, shipping materials, and outgoing items for damages, defects, or count discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, tier-lift trucks, air tools, and electric cranes (if licensed).
- Perform basic clerical duties related to material shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with other warehouse or production operations as needed.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure, CAD drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
- Basic math skills and understanding of units of measure.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
