General Labor – Fireplace Production
What You'll Do
Manufacture precast concrete fireplace components.
Mix, pour, mold, finish, and inspect concrete products.
Follow production specifications to ensure high-quality finished products.
Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For Previous experience with concrete products, masonry, precast concrete, or construction materials is highly preferred. Experience working for companies such as CEMEX or other concrete manufacturers is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
