Ōnin Staffing is hiring Production Associates for the Thermofix department at a leading manufacturing facility in Florence.
This is a hands-on production opportunity in a fast-paced industrial environment. You'll work as part of a team operating production equipment, handling materials, inspecting products, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently.
💰 Pay & Incentives
· $14.00/hour starting pay
· $1,500 sign-on bonus may be available upon conversion to a permanent position, based on eligibility
· Opportunity for a pay increase upon conversion to a permanent position
· Monday–Thursday schedule
· 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
· Overtime may be required based on production needs
🔨 What You'll Do
· Operate machinery and production equipment
· Assist with Thermofix production processes
· Stack, load, move, and inspect materials and products
· Meet daily production and quality goals
· Follow work instructions and safety procedures
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Work with teammates to keep production moving
· Assist in other production areas as needed
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively
· Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment
· Good communication skills
· Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Reliable transportation
· Willingness to work overtime when required
· Steel-toe boots/shoes required
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for dependable people who are willing to learn and work hard.

This is a physically demanding manufacturing position. The job requires repetitive lifting, extended periods of standing, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
The hiring process includes a 2-step interview process, followed by the required background check and drug screen.
