2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
3rd Shift: Sun–Thu or Sun–Wed | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Overview
Geodis is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Material Handlers to support high-volume fulfillment operations for our Apple account in Murfreesboro, TN. This role focuses on general warehouse floor duties—including accurate order picking and packing—in a fast-paced environment. No forklift operation is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management software.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or order discrepancies prior to shipment.
- Maintain daily productivity and accuracy standards set by site leadership.
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all site health, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Participate in daily team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable transportation and an excellent punctuality record.
Must pass a standard background check (screening for theft, violence, and drug-related offenses).
Multilingual candidates welcome (English, Spanish, Arabic, and other languages accepted).
