Skills: Strong spatial awareness, material handling expertise, and basic computer/scanner knowledge for inventory tracking.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb on/off equipment frequently, and work in a non-climate-controlled plant environment.
Reliability: Excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and a valid driver's license.
