Brazer / Manufacturing Machine Operator
Springdale, AR | $14/hour | 1st shift
Like working with your hands? Comfortable around machinery and don't mind the heat? We're hiring a Brazer / Manufacturing Machine Operator for a Springdale manufacturing facility.
This is a hands-on industrial position working with metal parts and production equipment. You'll operate machinery used to shape and process metal while checking your work to make sure finished parts meet quality standards.
Important: This facility gets HOT. Temperatures in the work area can exceed 100°F, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a true industrial manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate metalworking machinery according to instructions
- Punch, press, bend, crimp, notch, or straighten metal parts
- Monitor equipment throughout production to make sure it is operating correctly
- Measure and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Use rulers, gauges, calipers, and other basic measuring tools
- Make basic machine adjustments as needed
- Perform routine equipment care and basic maintenance
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working with machines, tools, and metal products
- Able to use or learn basic measuring tools
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable and ready to work
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we're also interested in mechanically inclined candidates who are ready to learn.

Pay: $14/hour
Location: Springdale, AR
Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Environment: Industrial manufacturing; temperatures may exceed 100°F
