Overview
We are hiring an experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Driver for a direct-hire opportunity in McMinnville, TN.
This means you will be hired directly by the company and become a member of their team — this is not a temporary or temp-to-hire position.
The position involves making local and regional deliveries from the McMinnville home base. Most runs are approximately 4–6 hours from the home base, and drivers are home every night.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility to adjust your schedule based on delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck
- Complete scheduled deliveries safely and efficiently
- Properly secure and transport loads
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
- Follow all DOT and company safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with customers and the home office
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Skills and Experience
Valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record
Successful MVR review
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screen
Previous flatbed or delivery experience preferred
Strong commitment to safety and reliability
Ability to properly secure and transport loads
