Overview
Control of warehouse locations, scanning of serial numbers to and from warehouse, maintain receiving accuracy and ensuring timely material to support Production requirements.
Load and unload, move and store material throughout the plant by hand or using powered industrial truck or pallet jack. Verify and sign receiving documentation. Open containers and remove excess packing materials. Validate packing list vs Actual, report discrepancies to Supervisor. Follow inventory control procedures to remove parts and material and deliver form staging area to production area.
Skills and Experience
orklift Certification and/or two years’ experience in standup a plus. Material handling and Inventory Control experience in a high pace environment of a min of two years. Previous scanning experience. Able to lift a min weight of 40 pounds. Experience with MRP/ERP systems a plus.
