What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Worker – Order Picker/Packer:
- Use an RF/LRT scanner to locate, scan, and accurately pick products
- Support projects focused on resetting and organizing hardware kits
- Learn product locations, picking processes, and facility procedures
- Follow work instructions and established productivity expectations
- Maintain accurate, organized, and safe work areas
- Complete required equipment and safety training
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational problems promptly
- Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous warehouse, order picking/packing, or material handling experience required
- Experience using RF scanners, LRT guns, or similar warehouse technology preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking products
- Ability to quickly learn product locations and new processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet project productivity expectations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
