We are looking for an experienced and dependable Pressman to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain printing press equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production goals and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor printing press equipment.
- Adjust press settings to ensure quality and production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press machinery.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report equipment concerns.
- Monitor ink, paper, and other production materials.
- Complete production documentation and quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous press operating experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
