- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Shift rotation every 3 months
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and Quality Control Inspector to join our automotive manufacturing team. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting parts and products to ensure they meet customer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements. This position plays an important role in identifying defects and helping maintain high-quality production standards
Responsibilities
- Inspect automotive parts and components during the production process.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks according to work instructions.
- Identify, document, and report defects or quality issues.
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment as needed.
- Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Complete inspection reports and production documentation accurately.
- Communicate quality concerns with production and leadership teams.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Previous quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Basic computer skills for completing reports and documentation.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
