Overview
We're hiring a hands-on Assistant Store Manager for a growing company in Tontitown, AR! If you enjoy leading a team, helping customers, staying active, and jumping in wherever needed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The position calls for Thursdays and Sundays off and Saturday is a must workday.
Salary is $17 per hour and jumps to $18 after the associate rolls over to the company full time.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead and support the sales floor and warehouse team
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service
✅ Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
✅ Train and motivate team members
✅ Open and close the store while helping ensure smooth daily operations
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
✔ Previous retail leadership, supervisor, or assistant management experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and customer service skills
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
✔ Reliable with dependable attendance and available to work Saturdays
✔ Experience in appliance, electronics, furniture, warehouse, or big-box retail is a plus!
