Overview
Perform routine inspections throughout the facility to verify compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished materials for defects, damage, and specification compliance.
Identify, document, and report quality issues, non-conforming products, and process deviations.
Work closely with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Conduct random audits of products and processes to ensure consistent quality.
Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
Verify proper labeling, packaging, and material handling procedures are followed.
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and customer requirements.
Skills and Experience
Previous quality inspection, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
Ability to work independently while moving throughout the facility during the shift.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.
