Ready for steady hours and a hands-on opportunity in manufacturing? We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team as a Loom Operator in Crowley, LA. No loom experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right person who is motivated, ready to learn, and looking for a great opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills.
Pay: $12.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
Weekends: Occasional weekend work may be required
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor industrial loom equipment
- Keep machines running smoothly and efficiently
- Load materials and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Identify basic machine or production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and ready to work a 4:00 AM start time
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety-minded and dependable
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is a plus
- Willing to learn — loom experience is a plus, but strong candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply!
