Overview
We are currently hiring a Mill Intake Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous feeding of the mill with acceptable raw materials while operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery to feed raw materials into the mill.
- Monitor the continuous flow of materials to maintain production.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform basic production-related tasks as assigned.
- Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- No previous experience required – training will be provided.
- Basic math skills.
- Welding experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally lift over 100 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and maintain balance as needed.
