Overview
We are seeking a dependable, physically resilient General Laborer to join our concrete manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of concrete production, including setting up forms, pouring and finishing concrete, cleaning equipment, and moving materials across the plant floor.
Important Work Environment Note: This position operates inside a heavy industrial, non-climate-controlled plant. Conditions are regularly hot and dusty during warmer months, and the work requires sustained physical endurance.
Skills and Experience
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction, or heavy industrial labor is preferred, but willing to train entry-level candidates with strong work ethic.
