Starting at $17.00/hour
🕒 Available Shifts
Weekday Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Overtime may be required, including weekends.
Weekend Shift
- Friday – Sunday
- 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality optical products by:
- Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
- Preparing and loading lenses into production equipment
- Placing received materials into the proper inventory locations
- Operating manufacturing equipment while maintaining quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area (6S)
- Meeting daily and monthly production goals
- Following all safety policies, procedures, and production schedules
- Reporting production issues to management
- Assisting with material movement between departments
Skills and Experience
Required:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- Good reading, math, and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules
Preferred:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus
