Overview
We're looking for a skilled Fabricator with strong mechanical aptitude to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have welding experience, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Monday-Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate, cut, weld, and braze metal components to specifications
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Prepare, fit, and tack weld materials before final welding
- Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Monitor weld quality to prevent distortion, warping, or defects
- Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment issues or material defects to supervision
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
- Welding certification or trade school completion preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Aluminum welding experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stand, bend, climb, stoop, and walk throughout the shift
