Overview
Responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests by performing daily housekeeping duties. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties Include:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
- Restock room supplies and amenities as needed
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and physical duties
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
