What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Repair motors, conveyors, production equipment, and machinery
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime
- Replace worn or damaged components
- Assist with machine installations and repairs
- Complete maintenance documentation
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Skills and Experience
We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
✔ Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
✔ Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
✔ Experience using a multimeter
✔ PLC experience is a plus
✔ MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
✔ Experience wiring 480V motors is a plus
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, climb, and walk throughout your shift
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment
