-Issue and receive tools, equipment, and supplies to authorized employees.
-Maintain accurate records of tool check-in/check-out using manual logs or inventory management software.
-Inspect tools for damage, wear, or defects and arrange for repairs or replacement as needed.
-Organize and maintain the tool room to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
-Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities.
-Order and stock replacement tools, parts, and consumable supplies.
-Calibrate, label, and track tools according to company procedures (if applicable).
-Clean and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
-Assist maintenance and production personnel in locating the proper tools and equipment.
-Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
-Report inventory discrepancies, missing tools, or damaged equipment to supervision.
-Support other warehouse or maintenance activities as needed.
