Overview
Production Supervisor - 1st Shift
- Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Leadership or Team Lead experience required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Lumber experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Skills and Experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is required.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Lumber industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
