Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee A/P, A/R, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthend close
Prepare financial statements, cost reports, and operational performance
summaries
Manage cost accounting, yield analysis, and inventory valuation
Lead and mentor accounting staff
Schedule:
Days: Monday through Friday
Start Time: 8:00 am
End Time: 6:00 pm (Latest)
Note: Team members must be available until 6:00 pm; however, early
release is possible depending on daily requirements.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in food manufacturing, meat
processing, or distribution.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and
manufacturing financial controls.
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
