Overview
Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
Load raw materials and unload finished products.
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Assist with changeovers and other production tasks as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Skills and Experience
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
