Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring an Experienced Framer for a client in Albuquerque, NM. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on framing and construction experience who can work safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced production or construction environment.
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Position Type: Temp-to-hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials according to work orders and specifications
- Build, frame, and assemble wall panels, trusses, components, or other structural materials as assigned
- Read and follow measurements, production tickets, job instructions, and safety procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and other construction equipment safely
- Inspect materials and finished work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit
- Assist with staging, loading, unloading, and moving building materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production and job site expectations
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
Job Requirements:
- Must have previous framing experience
- Must have construction experience
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Must be comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Must be dependable and able to work Monday–Friday on day shift
- Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced setting
- Must be able to pass Ōnin Staffing’s hiring requirements
