- Use basic hand tools or nail guns for assembly.
- Inspect finished pallets to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Stack completed pallets.

Skills and Experience
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm
- Competitive Pay: $15.00/hour
- Hand & Power Tool Experience: Ability to safely use pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, drills, and hand tools.
- Physical Stamina & Strength: Comfortable standing for long periods and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Measurement Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure accurately to ensure lumber is cut and assembled to the right size.
- Eye for Detail & Quality: Ability to quickly inspect wood for defects (like splits or large knots) so every pallet is built sturdy.
- Teamwork & Communication: Reliable team player who can take direction well and work smoothly alongside others on the production line.
- Safety-Minded: Strict commitment to following warehouse safety rules, including wearing proper protective gear (PPE).
