- Set up, operate, and maintain Perfect Binder
- Meet quality and production goals
- Good mechanical and organizational skills

Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic small packaging knowledge
- Ability to lead and direct crew
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
