PRODUCTION WORKERS

Overview

•  Operate production equipment used in the manufacturing of foam products. 
•  Cut, trim, measure, and assemble foam materials according to production specifications. 
•  Inspect foam products for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy. 
•  Package finished products for shipment. 
•  Load and unload raw materials and finished goods. 
•  Follow production schedules and work orders to meet daily production goals. 
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
•  Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance concerns to supervisors. 
•  Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. 
•  Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve productivity and efficiency. 
•  Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed.
