We're looking for a dependable Wash Rack Technician with previous pressure washing experience to join our team. This is a hands-on position where you'll play a key role in maintaining heavy equipment and ensuring it's clean, presentable, and ready for operation.

Skills and Experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Pressure wash and clean heavy equipment, machinery, and company vehicles
- Remove mud, grease, dirt, and debris to keep equipment in top condition
- Inspect equipment while cleaning and report any visible damage or maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash rack area
- Assist the shop team with general duties as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous pressure washing experience is required
- Experience cleaning heavy equipment is a plus
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to showing up on time
