What You’ll Do as a Recruiter:
- You'll play an important role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent
- Review applications and conduct candidate phone screens and interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Guide candidates through onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Complete I-9 and E-Verify documentation
- Process new hires accurately in HR systems
- Support new employees during onboarding to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation
- Partner with operations and HR leaders to support staffing needs
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping people succeed
