What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and service requests.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily activities to help keep operations running efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records within company systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and update reports, files, and business documents.
  • Support daily office operations, including managing office supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to organize information and support business reporting.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide operational support to car wash locations as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support additional company locations when business needs require.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Two to four years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and record management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience using SAP or similar business software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Adaptable, dependable, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to assist in both office and operational settings as needed.
