In this unique, high-energy role, you will work on-site at our premium partner dealerships, connecting directly with customers who are already there for vehicle service. You will inspect windshields for damage, explain repair or replacement options, and guide customers smoothly through the process—including helping them navigate insurance claims.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Service & Sales Specialist:
- Evaluate vehicles on the service drive for windshield chips, cracks, and damage.
- Engage with customers, explain service options, build trust, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Walk customers seamlessly through the auto glass insurance claims process.
- Partner closely with the dealership’s service team to coordinate smooth glass replacements.
- Autonomously manage your daily workflow, tracking inspections, customer conversations, and successful sales.
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma/GED (preferred) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive when working independently and managing their own day.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and comfortably navigate sales conversations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership lot for extended periods with high attention to detail.
