Sit-Down Forklift Operator/Warehouse

Transport and stage materials and heavy machinery parts within the warehouse and factory floor using a variety of powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Load and unload goods, components, and finished products from trucks and other transport vehicles. This includes inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
Use radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure that items are stored in their designated locations.
Pick orders from inventory according to work orders or production schedules, and wrap or secure them for shipmen
Adhere to all company safety procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, including handling potentially hazardous materials.

Previous experience as a forklift operator, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is typically required.
The job is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that involve walking, stooping, and bending.
Skill in safely and efficiently operating various types of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
The ability to read work orders, identify inventory accurately, and inspect for damaged products is critical.
The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and production personnel.
