Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator for a leading global distributor in the plastics and supply chain industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong inventory management skills, SAP experience, and a passion for accuracy and customer service.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate inventory movements between warehouse, sales, and purchasing teams
- Perform and maintain accurate cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Process inventory transactions using SAP, including:
- MIGO
- Goods Receipts
- Shipment Completions
- MD-07
- VL10G
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Work closely with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes
- Develop strong working relationships with warehouse and office personnel
- File and maintain inventory and shipping documentation accurately
- Assist in improving inventory accuracy and meeting cycle count goals
- Support customer deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
✅ 1–3 years of Inventory Control experience required
✅ SAP experience is required
✅ Experience with cycle counting and inventory transactions
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
✅ Experience in a warehouse or transportation environment is a plus
✅ Office Management, Administrative, or Accounts Payable experience is a plus
✅ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willingness to work overtime as needed
✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities
