Overview
We are currently hiring for Line Lead / Trainer positions. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations, helping guide team members, training new employees, and making sure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Leading and assisting team members on the production floor
- Training new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company expectations
- Monitoring workflow and helping keep the line moving efficiently
- Communicating with supervisors regarding production needs or issues
- Ensuring quality standards are being followed
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting with other warehouse or production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, production, or leadership experience preferred
- Must be reliable and have good attendance
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must follow safety and company policies at all times
