Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team. The General Labor/Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Skills and Experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, products, and shipments.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
