We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in North Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

What You'll Do as a Administrative Assistant:
- Data entry
- Paperwork Scanning / Emailing / Filing
- Invoice Entry
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office supplies inventory
Act as a liaison between staff, management and external stakeholders
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook / Excel
- Typing – 40 wpm (10-key ability a plus)
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
