Understand job orders and interact with Epicor
Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) necessary to properly operate equipment and manufacture the product
Understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary for the operation, including entering paperwork into Epicor (daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.)
Maintain and operate hand tools and power tools
Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet required specifications
Perform other projects and duties as assigned

HS Diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Basic Data Entry and computer skills
Basic blueprint reading experience
Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced
Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English
