What you'll do as a Reach Truck Operator:
- Operate a reach truck to transport and replenish materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain accurate inventory accountability and product movement records
- Prepare products for shipment according to customer requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Assist other departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck operating experience
- Strong experience operating a reach truck (sit-down forklift experience alone does not qualify)
- Experience with replenishment, picking, and warehouse inventory movement
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Ability to work mandatory overtime when required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
