Overview
Our long-time partner is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our screen-printing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by operating screen-printing equipment, preparing merchandise for printing, ensuring product quality, and assisting with finishing and packaging processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Operate screen-printing equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments to reduce defects and misprints.
- Collaborate with press operators, ink technicians, artists, and production management to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Load products onto press pallets for printing and remove finished products for drying and processing.
- Remove tags and prepare garments for screen printing.
- Verify merchandise counts and ensure order accuracy throughout the production process.
- Fold, bag, tag, and package products according to customer specifications.
- Retrieve completed orders from production areas and prepare them for shipping.
- Complete production documentation and bagging totals accurately.
- Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned work areas.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support additional production and finishing tasks as needed.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, screen-printing, or apparel decoration experience.
- Experience operating screen-printing equipment.
- Experience setting up and running multi-color automatic presses.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
- Frequent walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, pulling, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures within a production environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
