Press Brake Operator
📍 Little Canada, MN

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
Select and install tooling required for each job.
Measure and inspect finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate concerns when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1–3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, metal fabrication, or related production experience.
Previous Press Brake Operator experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
