Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Upon successfully meeting attendance, performance, and contract requirements (typically around the 90-day mark), employees may be considered for permanent hire. We have seen converted employees receive pay increases ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on position, performance, and experience.
Quality Assurance Associate
Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections, measurements, and documentation. Work closely with production teams to identify issues and maintain product excellence.
Qualifications:
- Quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic measurement and documentation skills
Hardware Associate
Responsible for assembling and installing hardware components on finished products using hand and power tools while maintaining quality and production standards.
Qualifications:
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
Prefinish Associate
Prepare, stain, paint, and finish products according to customer specifications while ensuring quality and consistency throughout the finishing process.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, painting, finishing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on quality and safety
