What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates and client leadership.
- Support employee onboarding and engagement.
- Build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with attendance tracking and workforce support.
- Partner with recruiting and branch teams to meet staffing goals.
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Help resolve employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Staffing, manufacturing, or automotive experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Primarily 1st Shift
- Some weekends required
- Must have flexibility to adjust schedule when needed to support teammates and client operations.
Skills and Experience
Experience Requirements
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Preferred:
- Staffing or workforce management experience
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience
- Experience with employee relations, attendance management, and coaching
- Recruiting, onboarding, or HR experience
- Experience working directly with both hourly employees and client management
