What you'll do as: Motor Alignment Technician
- Selecting and verifying correct motor for job to PID
- Mounting, aligning, and marking motor for mounting to motor bed
- Drilling mounting holes for motor
- Using laser alignment system for shaft-to-shaft alignment
- Using roto chocks or shims for achieving factory tolerance
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Operating overhead crane and mag drill
- Using roto chocks and shims
- Understanding and effectively using laser alignment system
- Following health and safety standards
- Working well as part of a team
