In this role, you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a safe and team-oriented environment. We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and have previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting. Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience Available Shifts: 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM What You'll Be Doing: Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy Operate welding equipment and related tools safely Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly of parts Maintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For: Previous MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you're looking for a stable opportunity where your welding skills will be valued and rewarded, we'd love to connect with you.
