Machine Operator

• Experience with fast-paced production environments
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Basic Computer Skills and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Skilled with micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters for quality checks
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 10–12 hours
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus (not required)
