📦 Shipping & Receiving Clerk with Forklift duties
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
Pay Rate: $15/hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is OSHA‑certified on a sit‑down forklift, bilingual in English and Spanish, and experienced in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a sit‑down forklift safely and efficiently (OSHA certification required).
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting daily moves and verifying shipments.
- Manage shipping/receiving documentation and report any damages.
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, drivers, and internal contacts.
- Perform physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting materials.
- Complete data entry tasks with strong attention to detail and organization.
Skills and Experience
- OSHA‑certified Sit‑Down Forklift Operator
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (fluent)
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
