Overview

The Welder is responsible for assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal components using welding techniques to ensure high-quality and structurally sound products. This position plays a critical role in manufacturing precision industrial equipment by reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and applying welding expertise to meet production standards.

Skills and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required. 
• A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred. 
• A minimum of two years of experience as a welder is required. 
• Ability to read and interrupt blueprints and designs. 
• Aluminum welding and heavy equipment manufacturing experience a plus. 
• ISO 9001 training is a plus.
