Overview
Our client is a specialized warehouse operation focused on building custom wood crates, skids, and packaging used for shipping industrial and automotive parts. This role involves hands-on construction and packaging work to prepare materials for safe transport. Job Responsibilities: Build wood crates, skids, and heavy-duty pallets Assemble wooden panels and crate structures Use hand and power tools such as nail guns and staple guns Install foam, inserts, or protective materials inside crates Pack industrial and automotive parts into crates Wrap, strap, and label finished shipments Ensure all packaging is secure and meets shipping requirements Maintain a clean and safe work area Mon- Fri 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Skills and Experience
Physical, hands-on work ability
Use of hand and power tools
Ability to read and understand a tape measure
Attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout shift
